Clear Light Infrared Sauna

     Hello! I'm Joannah, the founder of Innate Wisdom Therapy LLC, and now, The Innate Collective LLC. I began Innate Wisdom Therapy after attending a training in Craniosacral Fascial Therapy (CFT). While attending the course, I felt God show me what He truly called me to do. It was then that I began offering free CFT sessions out of my home. 

     As time passed, Innate Wisdom Therapy became quite successful—and I attribute all of that to God. Anytime business was slow, I trusted in Him and the process, and He always provided.

In March of 2025, the location of my work was ending as the person I was renting from at the time was not planning to renew. I looked into many places, but I kept getting red lights and never a green one. The person I rented from offered me the chance to take over the full rent and keep the space, but when I saw the cost of rent, it just seemed impossible.

     The next Sunday at church, a man was preaching and said, “You have to get uncomfortable to grow in God.” At that moment, my husband Robert looked over at me and said, “I think God’s talking to you.” The funny thing was that I was already thinking the same thing in that moment. And the fact that my husband confirmed it was all the confirmation I needed. It was go-time for The Innate Collective to be born. 

     When I finally signed the lease, God kept opening the doors for everything to take place. What some may not know is that I also have a degree in Interior Design. That meant designing and drafting the entire remodel was no problem. Then came the cost of the remodel—which felt like an impossible hurdle on my bank account. Thankfully, a wonderful friend who owns an electrical company offered to help me for half of the cost, along with others who provided discounted rates. Then the owner of the building helped me with rent during the remodel process (I never even asked for any financial help). So. Many. Doors. Opened.

     I had a desire to have a sauna in the space for moms to relax and rejuvenate—and guess what? God did it again. Just weeks later, He provided a sauna for the space. Things just kept flowing miraculously. 

     It’s definitely been a process, but sitting back and trusting in God’s work has been what it’s all about. Has it been hard at times? Yes, of course. Watching your bank account slowly lower is never easy. But I trust in God’s provision and in the work He will continue to do in this space.

     At The Innate Collective, our heart is to create a space of true healing. One where every person feels seen, welcomed, and held. Each provider here shares a deep love for Jesus and a firm belief that lasting healing is only found through Him.

     I’ve intentionally designed the space to feel more like a home than a clinic. From cozy couches to the sound of children playing, we want you to feel at ease. Whether you're coming for care or simply sitting in the waiting room, our hope is that you experience peace, comfort, and the presence of God in every corner.

     I pray that this space becomes a constant blessing for others, and that God works in and through it in His perfect way.
